I was taking an arial video on myself on my camera with my friends when I dropped it on my face (hahahahahahaha, I know, I suck.) I now have a fat upper lip, and it bothersome and still hurts a little. How long does it take for it to go away, and what can I do to ease the pain?

It will take anywhere from three days to a week, the only thing you can do to help it is to apply a cold towel on it every other hour or so, and if you have a break in the skin anywhere you can apply a little antibiotic cream on it but, you will be okay, don't feel bad my whole family including myself is accident pron... it happens....

My daughters big head got bashed into my lip and the bump went away after a week.

Use an ice pack to relieve the pain and the swelling. If you do this, you should see it slowly fading in two or three days.
