Get the book "Letting Go". It's a 12 week personal action program to overcome a broken heart. I loved it and at the end of the book I was already dating someone else and was thankful for all that I went through. This book worked wonders for me. I highly recommend this over any other book out there. I read lots and this one was the best in my opinion.

I'm in the same spot you are. I am finding that each day it hurts a little less. Ask your spirit guides, angels or whoever to help you find peace. Time alone will bring relief. Talking about it with a compassionate friend is good, too.

don't give your self a time frame. It will come, but the most important thing is to enjoy yourself doing other things. Do not just sit and sulk. This will take longer. Every thing happens for a reason, and it must not have been meant to be. Good Luck to you and your future.

I lost mine, too. The trouble is, no one you choose to date afterwards will ever really live up to your memory of that love. But remember, the past is easier to glorify than the present. Find someone who is very different from the luvofurlife and whom you can repect. Someone who adores you. That will make it easier, a little.

Just keep keeping on and time will heal you. It's a long, slow process but you will get over him/her.
