theres not alot to work with here...but it was a girly techno song....i thought it was called "Stars" because she talked about stars alot - AND NO ITS NOT " I SEE STARS" please dont reply with that. i couldve sworn it was old school FBI or CIA but i cant find it anywhere!!! help?

You're probably thinking of The Orb. They had a track called "Little Fluffy Clouds" with a hippie girl talking about stars and clouds and such.
