So far all I hear is BS... Why do they wear dresses?

Go live in the desert for a few years and then ask that question.
Would you believe that burnoose they wear with face covered keeps them cool? The robe helps by allowing air to flow freely.
It's not too impressive to attempt to degrade someone with poorly written comments.

they're neither moo moos nor dresses, they are gowns, and quite simply part of a lot of - not all - muslim cultures. you might as well wonder why american men wear trousers and shirts.

They do not wear dresses. It's the custom of their country.
They could ask why our men wear pieces of colored string around their necks & think it looks good.
