yeah, i cant figure it out, whenever i go to the petstore, i can never get how they get there fishtank to glow blue >,,< i checked the light, and its a regular colour...

Try buying an actinic bulb for your tank (commonly used in salt water tanks), it will make your fish glow.

There are some fish medications that turn the water blue. But the stores in my area don't have blue water.
