I mailed the rebate activation sticker to ATT CSI Rebate,Orem,UT on 0/24/06.

In the box w/ the modem & filters, there should have been a postage-paid card and a packing list w/ 2 stickers.
Put 1 sticker on the card and drop it off at a post office.
The check should arrive 6 to 8 weeks after they (SBC/at&t) get the card.
