Congrats! I think you meant " boy or girl". You cannot know unless you do an ultrasound and sometimes those are not correct. When I was pregnant, I wanted a boy so badly. However, I was ok with a girl ....just preferred a boy. Well, I did an ultrasound and gave my sister the results cause i didnt wanna know. Needless to say I had a boy. My sis later told me that the ultrasound said girl.
Enjoy your pregnancy and let the outcome be a surprise. The possibilities are not many. Its gonna be a boy or girl. Just pray for a healthy normal baby cause there is nothing else that a mom to be should want. All the best.

these are old wives tales...but it's definately fun to give a good guess using them...
if you have cravings for spicy foods, it's a girl...sweet foods, it's a boy.
if you're belly is resting high, it's a boy...low for a girl.
