Why do some people knock on Canada...?

You know, if you think Canadians don't drive cars and all go around in dogsleds, then you're pretty ignorant yourself. I'm going to let you and everyone in on something right now. Okay, are you listening? Here it is. Canada is NOT A HUGE FROZEN WASTELAND!!! You get it? There are a lot of people who have a lot of misinformation about Canada, and I don't get it. The majority of Canadians live in the lower third of the country, where the ground isn't frozen and we all don't live in igloos.

Well maybe they are hard on us Canadians because of guys like you. If I was from the States and I ran into you and you really talked like that, I would blow my freaking head off just so I would never have to see you or hear your dumb little voice ever again. If you could try to sound smart when you are talking about our country that would be nice. Canada is great, we already know that. And guess what, if people from the states hate Canada, that is a good thing. That means we don't have to deal with them coming up to us and screwing up our country like they did with theirs. so be quiet kid.

I think no matter where you are or where you live or where you are from there will always be people out there that are going to make fun of you or make fun of where you are from. I am in north dakota and i visit canada quite a bit. I love canada. It's one of those coutnries where there isnt alot of buildings and especially closer to america it is mainly deep woods and fields. So, those people that say **** like that are just jelous because their country isnt as beautiful. Let them talk and jsut ignore them

i visited Canada last year and found it It be aplace of friendly people /bloody good beer[Canadian ]great bars and the most helpful shop assistants i have met in over 50 years of traveling
i come from Malta and lots of people from here went to Canada to live

I have noticed alot of people from the U.K. knocking the U.S., and visa versa. as well as other countries doing the same. Don't take it personal. - There are ignorant people in every country, intelligent people in each country, etc, etc,. It is all relative. Let them eat cake.
