I have a TI 83 Plus...how do I make fractions??? I dont need to know the complicated stuff just the simple things.And also is calculus hard??=]

I dont need the hard stuff now cuz we're still not doing graphing on it. We'll do it later. and now i just want to learn the basic things!

Like, if the fraction is three-fifths put (3/5)
in your calculator. I think that's what you're asking, IF NOT! lol
Go to the "Math" button around the left upper corner and hit it, then a menu will come up, scroll down to the tab that says 'fraction' and it will turn whatever you want into a fraction.
I have always been HORRIBLE with math, but for some weird reason, Calculus just clicked for me- so I did really well in it.

If you need a calculator for the simple stuff like fractions, then you shouldn't have agraphing calculator like the TI 83PLUS. you would be much better off spending $15 or less on a scientific calculator like the TI30
