What act do you get so involved in that you "disappear?"

It's as if YOU are no longer there and just the act of creating or whatever it is your doing takes on a life of it's own. The creating/creation moves thru you and you really are just a vessel. No thoughts. The dancer becomes the dance so to speak.

whenever i start writing or speaking at some really great topic i don't realise who it is, who is writing or speaking. after finishing my work i am shocked to see the creation and i am sure somebody else is making me write or speak about those things

its not me its that voice that comes make me feel the universe

that voice, you might have heard, makes me forget everything

that voice i don't know what it is and is hard to express it and its that voice that makes me create
it becomes so easy to disAPpeAr whenever 'it' is with me.

what makes u disappear? :)

I'm sure that this will sound very mundane, but I can "disappear" anytime that I get involved in creating something with my hands. My latest passion is knitting, so when I'm totally involved in knitting something, especially when I'm making something for someone else, I just lose myself completely. Anytime that I'm creating something with my hands, I am oblivious to time, and to what's going on around me.

I can also disappear while listening to certain musical selections, such as Moonlight Sonata, or other classical pieces. The music is like a drug to me...so hypnotic and mesmerizing, that I can close my eyes and completely disappear. It's actually the most wonderful feeling in the world.

Nice question, Linty!

When I meditate or when I'm listening to a really good song. Or when I'm just relaxing at the beach, cookin' in the sun. Oh wow, that makes me want to go do that right now!

I have tried that, but it's invisibility I truly seek.

Disappearing is a totally different thing.
