You do not explain if you want to transfer ALL your files from one PC to another. You need to put both PC's together as in a net.
But, if what you want is to transfer few files to work at home, for example, buy a jump-drive, a movil memory to plug to a USB port.
They are not expensive, and aare very useful for this purpose.

Purchase Intellimover (detto.com). It transfers data and settings from one product version to another allowing you to pick and choose which files you wish to transfer. Costs around $50.00.

Copy the acheive files to a CD and transfer them.
