I have the same problem, I'm a size 12 and a 34F, make buying swimsuits real difficult.
But, if you are in the UK try Bravissimo. They sell bras and swimsuits the larger busts. And they sell the bikinis separately so you can the right sizes. They also have a few shops in the UK, but I have bought on line with them and was really happy with the swimsuit.

New look cus Kelly Brooke designed her own range for women with big boobs and you can mix and match the two halves cus im a size 10 in bottoms but ive got 32e boobs so finding a bikini was so hard till i shopped there x

try la senza in the UK, they specialise in large size bras and such, you can buy seperately so you can get the smaller bottoms and the bigger tops.
