Replace negative exponents by fractions:

The expression in parentheses is equal to

[5/(x^3)]/[4x^3] = (5/4) / (x^3 * x^3) = (5/4)/x^6

The -2nd power is

[(5/4)/x^6]^(-2) = {1/[(5/4)/x^6]}^2 = {x^6/(5/4)}^2
= x^12 / (25/16) = 25 x^12 / 16

if by this you mean
((5x^-3)/(4x^3))^-2
((4x^3)/(5x^-3))^2
(4/5)^2 * ((x^3)/(x^-3))^2
(16/25) * (x^(3 - (-3)))^2
(16/25) * (x^(3 + 3))^2
(16/25) * (x^6)^2
(16/25) * x^(6 * 2)
(16/25)x^12

ANS : (16/25)x^12 or (16x^12)/25

[(5xˉ³)/4x³]ˉ²

[(1/5x³)/4x³/1]ˉ²

[(1/5x³)*(1/4x³)]ˉ²

(1/5x³*4x³)ˉ²

(1/20x^6)ˉ²

(20x^6)²

400x^12

or

[(5xˉ³)/4x³]ˉ²

(5xˉ³)*(4xˉ³)]ˉ²

(20x^-6)ˉ²
