I've read a lot of success stories that it's effective to have sex every other day starting Day10 of your cycle. This would give your hubby chance to build up his sperm count. The more sperm that can enter your vagina, the higher the possibility of more sperm surviving in your uterus and meeting your egg during ovulation. Also, don't hop out of bed right away. While it's not necessary to elevate your bottom with pillows or go to other extreme measures to give the sperm a head start, it's a good idea to remain in a horizontal position for at least five minutes after you've finished making love. After all, gravity is a pretty formidable adversary for sperm.

I dont know what to tell you. I am soon to be 35 and been trying for over two years. I even went on Cholmoid for about five months. Just hang in there and keep trying. Hope you have better luck than I have.

Your age shouldnt be a problem. I've heard that guys hit their peak at around 20 and woman hit it at 40. Just time it right.
