No, if you watch the video you can notice that Kane spits out this big puddle of blood and then all of a sudden, no more blood is coming from his mouth if something realy happenedhe would have kept spitting it out in puddles.

Yea if u guys think it's not from UMaga u guys should go back to see Kand And HBK kane jumped on the chair that connected with Shawn's neck if shawn just cut some part of his mouth the blood would have come a little bit but the blood was all over the place that moment was real...no body can refuse it......if it was not real but it was too much...

he was cuz umaga was looking concern and before it had a commericial jr said that he needed medical help and y would kane be faking blood anyway cuz look he is kane the tough dude

i agree with answerman63, kane had a capsule of fake blood that was prolly under his tongue that when umaga "spiked his throat" the 2nd time kane bite on the capsule which broke it and all the fake blood in it came out of his mouth.

The blood wasn't fake. He was really hurtin'. I know there is acting uo to a certain point, but what goes on in the ring is real. The punches, chair shots, blood, steel posts, all of dat iz real.

Here's the correct answer. It was planned. Kane does this spitting blood act from time to time. By the bright color, my guess is either a small blood capsule under his tongue, or perhaps biting down on a pre-made nick on his tongue or inside lip. I'm thinking capsule.

He may have just had a cut inside his mouth. There's nothing about Kane being hurt on rajah.com that I saw.

he probably had some sort of blood packet or capsule he kept under his teeth, and then bit so it would open and spit it out
