Choose and plot few test points....

For example, to make the numbers come out nice, lets choose:
x = 1, x = 5, x = 7
@ x = 1, y = 4/2 = 2
@ x = 5, y = 0
@ x = 7, y = -2/2 = -1

So these values would translate into,
(1, 2)
(5, 0)
(7, -1)

Since the slope of the line is constant, you can draw a straight line through any two points on the line to recreate the graph...in this case we have 3 points to make it easier.

the y intercept is 5 the slope is 5/2 so fine the other point to graph it has to be on one of those + graph
