I used Sound recorder to make a .wav file with my voice, and I have to upload it and find the sound's web address.

Well first you need a place to upload it too. Like a website that allows you to upload sound. Then you just click Upload. and locate the file, and click ok.
If your trying to make a web page and want to add your sound file to it. you need to find a site that allows FTP. Then just upload the sound file to that site with the instructions listed above, and link to it on your webpage.
