valerian-hops, how many drops?

Took 30 drops in a little water 2 hours ago & no luck?

How much more can I take-cant get to sleep!

It didn't have a dosage description? I take it in capsule form...I take two whenever I have hard time sleeping. I am snoring between 1-2 hours after taking them.
