I have a shareware program by RK West Consulting which works great. It's called "Mayan Calendar 3.8". If you can't find it send me your email address and I'll send you a copy.
There are other ones out there but this is the simplest. It will convert to and from Julian numbers, standard dates and long count dates and provides the long count, the haab, the tzolkin and a little energy explanation. It could be more detailed but if you just need the bare bones this is it. It's really old (1994) though so it might not be online anywhere anymore.
I also have some information on date conversion on my web sites.

I dont know why you would talk about such science things on a date and why do the mayans get related to standard calenders?
