I'm very shy and it's hard for me to trust people if i don't know them

there's a lot of things i dont like about me,
for starters; im very naive, a guy once told me that if u know u are naive u stop being it, but sometimes i just trust people too easily
im not very confident either, and really shy, i dont often talk to others, cause i dont think they'll talk back
others say im agressive, but they dont get my level of sarcasm
basically i could continue the list n then come to the conclusion that im prolly just too hard on myself
