I don`t know but, when this happened to me, I got told that it would cost me 65 pound to have an engineer come to look at it!!!!!!!!
When this happened to a friend of mine,she was told the same and so, she got up the ladder, pulled a twig away from the lens and hey presto!!it was working again!!!

Mine,unfortunately is too far up the wall to reach but, I AM NOT paying the 65 pound, I cancelled instead.

in some cases it can be that the LNB settings have been thrown out. I had thi problem once and phoned their tech support who advised me to follow a procedure used by their engineers. it worked for me (for a month or so anyway) and saved me the £65 call out charge. Give em a call and ask them to run through the settings with you.

needs sealing round transmitter on u dish mine used to do it call sky out

You need to call out an aerial rigger to sort your aerial out.
