Not everyone has birthmarks I dont think. If you think about it, all birthmarks are is discolored skin anyway, nothing special/bad about them.

there are probably more people without a recognizeable birthmark, than people with one
why would you care?
and how do you know you don't have one someplace you can't see?

It important that u have a birth mark. Else u'll get the certificate that u did not taken birth.
