I've recently been experiencing all kinds of different health problems, all in a row. Had a life-threatening infection I was hospitalized for, had surgery, diagnosed with a hormonal problem, an insulin problem, an immunological problem. On their own, these physical problems have been very overwhelming to experience in a really short period of time. However, these problems have also necessarily impacted many facets of my life, including my social life, my job, my ability to function at school (I'm a PhD student), the relationship with my spouse, and my outlook on life.
When this all started, I felt so overwhelmed, so afraid, so discouraged, so sorry for myself. I've since learned that the only aspect of this I have control over is my reaction to it. I've learned to be calmer, more level-headed, and don't worry incessantly about things I just can't do anything about. I do what I can and I tell myself that's always enough. I put the issue to rest and wait for the next challenge. I've become more understanding, empathetic, stronger, and I stop to smell the roses more. I've become a totally different person, really.
Great question!! Thanx!!

I've recently trained and hired on as CSR or bank teller. There's lots to learn in this job! The other day I did a terrible blooper mistake and felt awful about it. I had talked to my supervisor immediately about it and she handled it without being irritated with me. I still had to get through the rest of the day though and was so conscious of everything that I stayed calm and just finished my time and went home without further incident.

Well pressure to me is fear. And fear is anything outside your comfort zone. So if you have been playing golf your entire life and are now a pro and you have to sink the same put you have made many, many times before then it's easy or easier. Now if you have never done it before then you will have so fear because it all new to you. So I suggest making yourself a substance matter expert on ________. This way you will know what to expect. i hope this short answer helps.

well here you go here is my pressure.
husband lied to me about paying the car payment...for months and therefore the car got repoed. 5 days later i paid to get the car back. everything was fine for one more week and then my husband was in a really bad car accident in which he rear ended a stopped car while he was doing 55 mph. the car was totalled. to top it all off i had just started a brand new job. so in the course of a month i had to buy my old car and then buy a new car. for 2 weeks we had to ride around with my MOTHER IN LAW who is indeed crazy (she has papers to prove it). all my friends and family said i should leave my husband. and now they aren't talking to me because we chose to go to counseling instead of disolving a 10 year marriage. so any way...that was my pressure for june. dont' even ask what happened in july beause you will flip your lid.
