Generally child support lasts until the child is 18. It is set at a certain amount and will not change unless you go back to court.

Usually till the 18th birthday of the child. You can go back every 2 years for review. I would make sure if you do, to specify that you want it changed to be till 21 years if the child is still in school....that seems to be what most spouses are asking for these days. It will help the child on college expenses if they choose to continue thier education.

Child support last until the child is 18yrs.If the husband/wife get a raise it could raise the child support.
