Truth Be Told by Megadeth is about Cain and Able
Melancholy (Holy Martyr) by Iced Earth is about Jesus hanging on the cross and questioning whether he truely is the Son of God.
There are many, many metal songs pertaining to the apocalypse and Revelation. Pick a metal band and chances are they've probably done a song about it.

Anything by Believer. You would think a christian death metal band would sound lame but they can keep up with bands like Cannibal Corpse and Obituary. Also anything by Trouble.

Probably some lame-o ones by Christian metal groups. Maybe ask Alice Cooper--he's a pretty righteous rocker.
