You probably need a percentage of a circle - I'm guessing that's what you mean - maybe for a circle graph? You multiply the percentage as a decimal by 360 degrees.

I'm guessing you mean 25% of a circle = 90 degrees.

multiply your percentage (as a decimal) by 360.

( if u mean degrees of a circle and not degree Celsius or Fahrenheit) Divide by 100 then multiply by 360

e.g 10% to degrees

10/100*360= 36%
