Maybe you have carpal tunnel - Do you do any repetitious motions at work or in your daily life?

It can be a deprivation of vitamins, a disease, bone loss, (etc.) It can be a lot of things! My muscles were sore, so I started eating bananas for potassium and it worked! If you can take a OneADay supplement along with some meat, bananas, celery, and yogurt with a V8 Smoothie or a natural fruit drink, your problem should stop, if it is related to malnutrition or lack of vitamins/minerals.
If you are a woman in your 20s or 30s it can be Osteoperosis. If it is see your doctor. Bone loss is a terrible thing.
I can think of many other things, but I suspect malnutrition the most.
