Only the profession pumps that can reach 125 psi! Or you are wasting your time! If you are really thinking about one, try your vacuum cleaner first, but make sure it has a clean bag to catch your penis when it sucks it off! Maybe the Doctors can sew it back on, but it will be bent, short and WON'T ever get hard! Good luck - tell us how it goes!
