I had started this and got a glitch so I don't know if u got it or not. why do u want to clone anything?? the Geico female can do that but they don't fair too well. Cloning is like interbreeding . Not having the mixing of the gene pool can cause bad things , there resistance is lower in health will not be as good as the original animal. interbreeding is bad.

Get a microwave oven, has to be at least 11000 watts. Get some wires. Rig up the microwave so that you can turn it on without the door being closed. Get the dog to hold the wires in it's mouth. Put your head in the microwave and hold the other ends of the wires in your mouth. Start thinking about the cloned dog you want. Turn the microwave on the popcorn setting. Voila!

It wouldn't be 'a machine' and it doesn't really matter what you are cloning. It is more of a process. Extract DNA. Insert in egg cell from which original DNA has been removed. Incubate egg. Etc. each stage would make use of one or more different machines.
This is more biology than physics.

Well, the products are never exact clones, but another dog of the opposite sex is known to produce extra dogs.

Just get the address of "Acme" from Wile E. Coyote. I'm sure they will send the blueprints for your very own cloning machine.

you need to get some DNA and insert the DNA into an empty egg cell and implant that cell into a host surrogate mother dog and then your dog will be successfully cloned!

If it's a boy dog, you get a girl dog of the same species and put them in a nice room and play some Isaac Hayes.

Get a blood sample from your dog. Extract the DNA from it. Get a fertilized egg cell from a female dog and remove its DNA. Replace the egg's missing DNA with your dog's DNA. Implant the egg inside the female. Wait. Now seek professional help.
