I don't think there is an age, optometrists don't think it is a good idea for children under 12 to use them, I wore coloured lenses when i turned 15 & my eye site is still fine,
Basically it's advised for 12 + ( well where i live any-way)

I work at an eye doctors office and as long as
your responsible enough to take care of them.
And you can take them in and out ok then your
good. I wouldn't suggest under the age of 10.

Any age as long as you're responsible enough to handle them. I got contacts when I was 14 because my doctor recommended them.

Most eye doctors recommend to wait until your a teenager. I got my first contacts when I was 16. I'm sure you can call your eye doctor and ask him.
