Well I think the best comic book film is Spiderman, but there are loads of exceptional films like Batman Begins, X-men 1,2 &3, Punisher, Hellboy, Sin City, The Crow, Blade, Superman, Men in Black and even the underated ones like Spawn, Hulk, Daredevil, Fantastic Four, Catwoman, Batman, Batman Returns and Superman Returns.

DareDevil
I first must say that I wanted to hate this movie and rip on the lead actor Ben Affleck. But despite myself, it was the best adaptation from the comics yet. For those who have read the first runs of Daredevil during the 60's and 70's the movie hit the nail on the head.

"Spider-Man."
It is obvious in every frame that Sam Raimi deeply cared about honoring the character and creating a masterpiece.
While there were any number of actors in the running for the role of Peter Parker, Tobey Maguire's performance made it his forever. His wide-eyed joy upon discovering his superpowers -- and the angst he alter suffered as a result of having them -- were brought vividly to life. Kirsten Dunst was an excellent M.J., and the entire cast was excellent.
It's briskly-paced, beautifully-written and visually-dazzling.
"Spider-Man" is not only the best comic book film ever, but it's one of the best films ever.

In all seriousness: Sin City. Look at the name, it’s not Robert Rodriguez presents: Sin City. It’s Frank Miller’s Sin City. Miller had his hand in almost every shot on that beautiful piece of cinema, plus they changed very little from the story. The art direction was gorgeous, the casting was brilliant, and the movie was just damn good.
In very little seriousness: Roger Corman’s Fantastic Four. Just because.

I would have to say "V for Vendetta" personally. Possibly "Batman: The Movie", staring Adam West though. Adam West is the best Batman yet, and probably always will be.
I also really liked Sin City and forgot to mention it.

Sin City is the greatest. After that, I would say The Crow.
