I'm a native Arabic so i can help, you can tell her : "ana bahibbik" (it means: i love you), or you can say "inti hilwa" (it means: you are beautiful)

hope it helps

I only know two phrases so this may not help you much but I've been told that 'imshee' means lets go and 'inn shal la fer mish mish' means something along the lines of when pigs fly, i.e very unlikely to happen.
My parents worked in Egypt when I was very little so I only have their word to go on so please don't blame me if this is completely wrong.

How about "Death to America", and "Kill all the Jews".
These are very popular phrases that are even taught in school.
