Swish salt water around in your mouth. It will sting but it will help with the pain and also heal the canker sores.

get "orajel". It helps numb up your mouth temporarily. Just keep reapplying it every few hours or whenever they start to bother you again. It works for me, but i dont know how bad your canker sores are.

Wash them with peroxide and dry them thorouoghly. Put a medicating liquid bandage on them. The best product is called Kanka. You can get it at Walgreens. It takes the sting right out of them.
