Well, this past NFL draft, a lot of teams were left with deccent rosters. This year there really isn't all those big shot names there were last season like, Marcus Vick, Matt Lienart, Reggie Bush, Lendale White, etc. Although I am a Miami Hurricanes fan, I can't say that they can win it all, they're schedule is not too tough, but they have a shot at making it to a BCS bowl winning the ACC (Miami over FSU 27-20).
On to the whole shabang, Ohio State, Norte Dame, and West Virginia are all in the hunt for that great National Championship this year. My money is on West Virginia, but Ohio State and Norte Dame can take it if they were to stumble, my dark horse of course is the Hurricanes. They have a deccent QB in Kyle Wright, once their running back serves his suspension, he could do some damage, Miami's DEFENSE is one of the best defenses in the nation.
Favorite: West Virginia
Dark Horse: University of Miami

Notre Dame has a favorable schedule, it isn't too difficult this year (like most years). They play Army, Navy, Air Force, Stanford, an overrated UCLA team, North Carolina and Purdue. Georgia Tech may be a tough game, depends which GT team shows up...they are so streaky. MIchigan and Penn St. go to South Bend, so Notre Dame will be favored to win those. Michigan St. is a half *** team as normal and then they have USC. USC is probably a better team and probably the game Notre Dame has the best chances at losing. In the end, I would go with Ohio St. to win it all. They clearly have the best offense and Tressel teaches defense first. Personally I would like Michigan to win it all, but I dont see that happening, maybe next year for them. Another favorable schedule is West Virginia. As long as they win their one tough game against Pitt, they should go undefeated. Sometimes I think the Big East shouldnt even be considered a BCS conference anymore.

It'll be a 2005 Fiesta Bowl rematch between Ohio State and Notre Dame. And Ohio State will take home the victory and their 4th Fiesta Bowl appearance in 5 years.

No defense in South Bend and I am a USC fan so i would usually pick them, but i cant they dont have a proven QB. I Honestly think Auburn or Ohio State are going to win it. I think Auburn has the best shot. Dont count out West Virginia because those guys can run the hell out of the ball, just ask Georgia fans.

The Ohio State Buckeyes will win the NC because no one including ND can stop them. Maybe only ND can score with them. Rematch 2005 Fiesta Bowl.

Auburn. Extremely talented team. Great Defense and running back. Experienced QB who makes good decisions. No key losses. Very favorable schedule (most difficult games at home).
