If it were me I'd first think about the effectiveness of P-O-P as the adhesive.
That just might work.

I'd try this stuff called Duco cement. According to my sculpture teacher it's the only adhesive that will work on wet plaster, so surely it would work on dry plaster.... (You should be able to find it at Walmart.)

either use some more plaster of paris for the repair, JB WELD or maybe a urethane glue like Gorilla glue, it really expands so be careful.

I have a statue which I glued with the hot glue gun and it's still glued. Just don't let the vase sit outside because I found out, at least in Arizona, the heat remelts the glue and the object comes apart.

I don't know if it would stay in the denture but I bet it would be rough as heck on your gums and irritate them no end. Have you discussed having two implants installed to stabilize your denture?

Best thing to use for that would be Ester perm. bond. Go with the 750m. Excellent results!!!!!
