Thick usually means having a big butt and big thighs there are alots of women who are thick but not fat like Beyonce. I have been called thick I don't like it all that well, but SOME guys seem to like it. I'm starting to get used to it.

I always took it to mean that you're not just skin and bones, but that you have more muscle on you, especially you're thighs, usually a bigger butt, and actually bigger boned sometimes too, instead of being so petite and narrow. Or something like that.

Thick means bulky or husky. It's not fat, just a person who is solid head to toe.

When girls are fat and they don't want to admit that they are fat, they call themselves "thick". It is nothing more than a goddamn euphemism.
