Imean this as in just the character itself, not which show or who played them but it seems Morticia is winning hands down!!

Morticia was one of the earliest "liberated" women on tv. She was always in charge and very intelligent. I think she hasn't received enough recognition as a female role model. It's time we take a closer look at her contributions to society.

Morticia Adams had a glamourous look but also mysterious & sinister. Lily Munster was just like an eccentric aunt - better comedy value!

Would depend on whith Morticia Addams you meant, theres more than one actress who played her. The Original film Morticia would be my choice tho.
