Astronomically, yes there is a change, but the predictive part of it would not change. Even after the discovery of Pluto in 1930, astrologers continued with the nine planets, Sun to sat and Dragon's head and tail, to make it nine. Since planets beyond Sat. have a vast revolution time, they are not considered in predictions for individual humans, taken for granted that the age of person is 100yrs. It is a point to be noted that one revolution of Sat. around the sun takes 30 yrs.

Shrank? They just identified a tenth planet, past Pluto. What are you talking about?

that planet near uranus is new and they found one past pluto. aaannnd another future paradox in the world will be that the sailor moon show wont make much sense

Did the astrologers foresee the result of the Pluto question ? was it written in their stars I wonder ?

They will appeal it until they cannot anymore. Then they will change Science books and tests everywhere.
