work on your quick steps.like juke moves.speed is awesome but you have to be able to make quick moves.

Don't laugh...but ballet....If you have the speed, that's great, you just need to study defenses and learn when to make the cut backs and when to get down to take a hit for that one extra yard. Ballet will help with footwork, it sounds gay, and personally, I wouldn't do it unless I was commited to playing in the NFL....but it would work. There are obviously other techniques, but I'm just mentioning this one if you're comfortable with it...I wouldn't be...I'm a power rusher, I'll hit a defender instead ;)
