Listen closely and I will explain to you EXACTLY where you can find an ice skating rink:
Find a building kept cold and has frozen water covering the floor. You'll most likely see large air conditioners on the roof and a sign on front of the building which reads, "ice skating rink."

Where do you live? There are several very close to where I live, but they are probably not close to you. Ask at a gym in your area ... or at the library ...
