All those companies that will give you a "free" cell phone will only do so if you sign up for their plans for a certain amount of time; that's how they make their money; the "free" cell phone is just the bait that lures you onto the hook. And, their cell phones are the cheapest around.

Don't know but I got a free cell phone on www.wireless-itch.com and it wasn't a joke. I personally used website myself and set up a family share plan and got 2 free razor cell phones with Cingular!

Either somebody who has your e-mail address must have been giving it to some other people without your permission or someone else must have went to your 360 page, saw your Y! ID, and figured out what your Y! e-mail address is with that ID, and chosen to spam you and several other people at random.

Spam, spam, spam, every now and then I get all kind of offers. At least yahoo controls it very well. I stopped used hotmail because 9 out of 10 messages were spam.
