you can use bouncy balls, smooth rocks, or beads, but marbles work best.

if you just want soft feet mix half and half sugar and baby oil, and a drop of vanilla for scent (ex. 1/2c.sugar + 1/2 c.oil+a drop or two of vanilla extract) massage into feet until somewhat dry. rinse off.
*you can use any kind of oil
*you can use this all over your body

A cup of vinegar works well. My husband uses it all the time. He has one of those bubble massagers.

salt... let it sit to sink to the bottom and it feels good when u rub ur feet at the bottom and also makes it softer
