Walk, walk, walk pushing the stroller. Don't wear yourself out worrying about losing the weight. Give it a year. Your energies should be focused on the child and being a good, if not reed thin mom.

Less calories and more exercise is the only tried and true way to lose weight. Caffeine helps some people control their appetite, but you shouldn't over indulge in anything if you are breast feeding !!

the best and easiest way is breastfeeding. i speack from experience. i breastfed my babies and i just automatically shed off the pounds. God fixed it so that as your feeding your baby, your abdomen starts contracting also. it's great!!!
