Personally, because she is a fake woman (with all that cake of makeup) banal singing and her taking advantage of having a good body (in other words, lucky genes) and showing it off in the most ridiculously degrading ways. So it's not jealous, just simply hatred for insecurely fake and superficial women with usual excessive over-exposure of their body.

I don't like her because she thinks that she is so hot and she isn't at all. SO many girls look up to her as a role model and she dresses like trashy. Her mom designs her cloths for God's sake and she ends up looking like a whore everytime.
