Job offers do not come with registration fees, legitimate jobs do not make employees pay for their own training materials. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. This one sounds like a scam to me.
Did you actually go to an interview? Submit a resume? Fill out an application? Or is this some online BS?

That appears to be a scam. I'd bet that the big game publishing companies don't pay that much to their hourly employees who commute to work every day.
Actually, I've computed that out. That's 160K per year. The game publishing companies don't pay their programmers ("Software Engineer II") that much. I should know. I worked as a Software Engineer II up until November last year. The testers were paid less than me.
