There is a really great free program called "Plaxo" which makes stuff like this very easy for you...get it at...

http://www.plaxo.com

you don't need the "premium" version, just get the free one. I've been using it for years. It automatically integrates with Outlook, adds a funky signature to your emails and allows you to tweak things like your logo etc very easily.

Also, it has a couple of other added advantages...if your friends/family/colleagues have it installed already, or install it in the future, it updates your address book every time they update their details. So you never have to lose touch with people again.

Hope that helps.

First design your logo as a image. Then the rest of your letterhead. the image can be inserted in Outlook Express by clicking Insert and then picture. When you've finished your letter head save it. It should save to your drafts folder.

Click the Tools menu select options and then at the top of the page signatures. Do a signature to end your emails with and when you write an email use the letterhead and at the end click insert and then signature to finish off your email.

I have a letterhead in drafts and some other information for an email I sent regularly. I click create to create a new email - minimise that - then drafts and select the letterhead email. Copy my letterhead to the clipboard (highlight everything, right click, copy) and then paste it in to my new email.

I had the same problem untill one day I figured it out... just click on "attatch files" and upload the picture in one of the boxes. then go back to your message and click send.
