The product will be slightly heavier than water, so 5ml will be a little more than 5g but if you counted 1 gram per ml you wouldn't be seriously out. If it's in powder form, it will probably bulk out to about that.

2g equals 2 grams, we as nurses use this formula.
The amount "desired" over "have" & divide, but your measurments have to be the same, such as, Grams over grams, ml over ml. The metric system is made up in increments of 1000, so a Gram is 1= 1000 milligrams, not milliliters, a gram is (dry) weight and a milliliter is volume(liquid).
For example, 30ml = 1fluid ounce
5ml= 1 teaspoon
15 ml=1 tablespoon
Hope this helps, but I probably confused you.
Check the directions again to make sure its grams you are looking for and not ml or visa versa.

hi, most likely they mean 2 gr. per x amount of water,so how much water is in your spa? Even 15 ml. is not much at all.

should have bought it in tablet form alot easier than the other..
