Gestational age is counted from the first day of the last period, so it is acutally two weeks off. The woman would have conceived 10 weeks, three days ago, or about June 12. (Exact date varies with length of the woman's cycle)

Ten weeks, three days ago. Doctors measure the pregnancy from the date of the last normal menstrual period, which usually is about two weeks before conception.
Unless she knows the date of conception, and is telling you from memory.
