Having lived and died several times I feel confident that I can accurately compare the experience of not being born to that of being dead.
The wallpaper is much nicer in the place you are at when you're not born, however when you die the place you go to has nicer wallpaper.

No it's like being dead. Depending on your religious faith you either go to heaven, hell or are reincarnated. Or you just go back to the earth and become wormfood.
But either way, you still have existed, you've had a life, met people, loved, people will miss you and remember you. They can't do that if you had never been born.

When you are dead you have had a life, but when you have never been born you haven't.

No because your Soul has had a lifetime (yours) to mature and gain more wisdom for its next life, so although the body is dead the Soul (or Spirit if you prefer) moves on.

Got Sia
Ancient Egyptians made room in their mythology for a god named Sia whose only chore was to protect the genitals of the dead.

No, i believe that when you die it is like going to sleep, but you dont know what going to sleep is like before you are born so it is not the same. Hope this helps.

Exactly the same.
Best of the few related comments on this I've seen - "why give a bundle of sensory perceptions a name?" (Douglas Adams). Before life and after death we are not a bundle of sensory perceptions, but we are during life.

Depends if you are religious or not. If you are Catholic
or any Protestant Catholic beliefs, you are born to a
new life. I am Presbyterian and I believe that you will
be born to a new life.

NO. The soul lives on and all of us must stand before God after that. We will go either to heaven or to hell. God had men write the Bible so that we would understand what he wants of us, because he wants all men to go to heaven, but many men choose to go their own way, which leads to hell, and not God's way, which leads to heaven.
