Is there such a thing as being too nice??

Question

i say thank you for everything i say sorry if someone does somehting that might be like uncofortable or out of their way and i try to be fair about everything
Also lots of people said im very nice and have complemented me about me being nice but im wondering where to draw the line
if its someones job to help youand they do it over and over again like withing 5 mins of every time do you say thank you over and over and if not WHEN do you say thank you??
its kinda my nature to be REALLY nice but i dont want to go overboard!!

Actually, there is. But you're to be commended for being nice. It's better to be too nice than not nice enough. Keep searching for the right level, and you'll find it. Keep it up.

The most important thing is to be happy with yourself. Don't worry about being too nice. The words Thank You just will come out naturally. If someone doesn't appreciate you, it is their loss. There are plenty of us who will appreciate you. Never change the way you are!

Always saying thank you or sorry, to people sometimes makes you look like a pushover. If someone is helping you , you say thank you when you are finished. Use common sense when to assert yourself, be considerate of others but not at the expense of yourself.

Being nice is a wonderful quality. Just make sure it doesn't get to the point where you aren't getting your own needs put and are getting walked in. Don't lose sight of what is important to you too.

I think there is. Lots of people will take advantage of u if u never say no. Helping others is cool, but you have to help yourself first.
